A clear quote is based on your boat’s size, condition and location. Share the length, type of boat and where it is kept, and ask for the price in writing.
Tell the cleaner how to reach the boat, where to park, and whether dock water and power are available. Many marinas also have rules for outside vendors, so ask yours.
The crew arrives at the agreed time, covers the agreed list of tasks and works around your schedule and any crew on board.
If you will not be there, agree in advance how access works and who is responsible for keys and gate codes.
Walk the boat with the cleaner at the end, point out anything you want touched up, and share feedback so the next visit is even better.
